ABOUT ANDREW FOSTER
Ever since I can remember, I have been driven to help people who were in pain. Before massage therapy was even a blip in my thoughts, I wanted somehow to make a difference in peoples lives.
It's something I was born to do.

Time and post graduate education have honed my skill and focus. With two busy practices, I divide my time with many clients of varying backgrounds. I treat athletes, bodybuilders, office and corporate stress, repetitive strains, migraine, injured soft tissue and joints and a multitude of other health challenges. The techniques I employ depend on one’s presentation in the assessment portion of the treatment.
ABOUT ANDREW
I graduated from Toronto's Sutherland-Chan School in 1994 as a Regulated Health Practitioner.
I have continued to do post-graduate education in the field, taking cranial sacral courses and Active Release Techniques in Upper and Lower Body, Spine and Long Nerve Tract which includes five separate courses.
I have also done extensive training in Cranial Sacral Therapy at the National Institute for Cranial Sacral Studies in the five offered protocols.
The only way to improve on my work has been to continually educate myself and create a successful practice in doing so. All to benefit my clients.​
